Hi Sam you sound like u are getting back to normal. Can u tell me on ww front brakes does the caliper mount directly to the upright? or does it mount to the upright with a bracket? any pics? tks peter:)

Hi Pete. The standard upright is modified to accept a bracket, the caliper cradle and the AUII-III twin-piston caliper.

As soon as the upright has been modified for clearance, the EL GT 329mm disc bolts straight on. That means the required wheel offset remains standard (+6mm).

I believe these kits are now worth about $2,200, but you'll have to check that with Race Brakes Sydney.

jeez Sam after looking at the photos u can see that they are not easy to replicate those uprights have a lot of work done to them and i think i have c4 calipers after seeing yours,thanks again for ur time rgs peter

I know I work in the office with you, but I guess others might be keen to know, what's the minimum rim size you can run with these brakes?

Hey Boxer, 17in is the minimum for this kit.

I tried one of the 16in CSA Prowler rims that fit rather snugly over the TASCCO-spec kit from Cebco and it didn't quite fit, whereas the 17in rims are fine (see pics).
